Quoya Blue was founded in 2014. We've had many names and many rebrands due to our creator and founder being a Sassy Sagittarius lol! However each one has been the next step in leveling up! We can not wait to reach the stars and become a household name brand! We are taking all our our QB Beauties with us!
Ms. Quoya started this business after attending The Arts Institute of NYC from 2012-2014. Fashion & Design has always been a dream of hers. She believes women should look and feel their very best at all times. You never know who you may meet and first impression are very important!
